Before you subscribe

Why do I have to create an account first?
Your subscription has to attach to an account, so we create the account before checkout rather than after. It takes about a minute — name, email, password (or one click with Google) — and then you go straight to Stripe to enter payment. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you at the payment step.
What's the refund policy?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we don't refund partial billing periods — so instead of a trial that auto-charges, we keep a genuinely free plan you can use for as long as you like before paying anything. If you think you've been charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll review it. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
What does priority support actually mean?
Pro tickets go to the front of the queue with a response within 8 hours on business days — not an instant reply, but a real answer from someone who can help the same working day, rather than the standard best-effort queue.
What counts as a business?
One Google Business Profile — a single location with its own listing on Google Maps. Pro covers 5 of them, so you can track separate branches, or a handful of clients, under one subscription. Each business gets its own audits, keywords, and up to 10 tracked competitors.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal whenever you want. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep Pro features until then.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to free?
Your account and history stay. When you drop to free, the free-plan limits apply again — 3 keywords and 3 competitors — so you can't add more beyond those limits, but nothing you already track is deleted. Upgrade again later and it picks back up where it left off.
Is there a free trial?
No — and that's deliberate. Instead of a timed trial that asks for a card and charges you when it ends, the free plan lets you use Goodlink on one business for as long as you want, no card required. When you need daily checks, more keywords, or AI Visibility tracking, that's when Pro is worth paying for.
