Before you sign up

Do I need a credit card?
No. The free plan doesn't ask for a card to create an account or to run your audits. You'd only enter payment details if you chose to upgrade to Pro or Agency later.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing charges you. Once you've used your 3 audits for the month, they pause until your allowance resets at the start of the next month. Your 3 keyword and 3 competitor slots stay filled until you remove one to make room. You can upgrade any time if you need more.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. We read your business profile through the public Google Places API, the same data anyone sees on Google Maps. You never log in with Google or grant us access to your account.
Does it work outside Canada?
Yes. We're a Canadian company, but the audits and rank tracking work for any business with a Google Business Profile, wherever it's located.
Is the free plan useful for agencies?
It's a good way to preview the product on one client before committing. For managing multiple clients you'll want the Agency plan, which adds much higher limits — 50 keywords and 50 competitors, Geo-Grid heatmaps and more — none of which are in the free plan.
