Before you subscribe

How many seats do I get?
One, today. Agency is a single login that your team shares. Individual seats with separate logins are planned but not shipped yet — if separate per-user access is a hard requirement for you right now, it's worth waiting until that ships.
What exactly is white-labelled?
Two things carry your branding instead of ours: the dashboard and the PDF reports. Your logo appears in the app your clients log into and on every report you export or send. It's your product as far as your clients see.
Can clients log in directly?
Yes. The client portal gives each client a login scoped to their own business — they see their rankings and reports and nothing from the rest of your roster. This is separate from the single agency seat your team uses to manage everything.
How do I get API access, and what can it do?
The API is included with Agency and available on request — email us after you sign up and we'll enable it and send the endpoints. It lets you pull audit and ranking data into your own reporting or dashboards. Public documentation isn't published yet, so we'll walk you through it directly for now.
Can you help me migrate from BrightLocal?
There's no automated importer from BrightLocal or spreadsheets yet — that's on the roadmap, not shipped. For now you'd add your clients and keywords manually. It's straightforward for a roster of this size, and our support will help you get set up.
What's the refund policy?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we don't refund partial billing periods. If you think you've been charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll review it. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
What does dedicated support mean?
A named contact you can reach directly for setup, account and reporting questions, on the fastest response tier we offer — ahead of the standard and Pro queues. It's not a 24/7 phone line; it's a real person who knows your account.
Is there a limit on clients or locations?
There's no separate cap on clients or locations — the limits are on what you track in total: 50 keywords and 50 competitors, plus about 60 Geo-Grid scans a month. Spread across a roster, that suits a smaller number of clients today. It's also one seat, so your team shares the login.
